Strengthening operational capacity

At the beginning of 2025, the association “New Theatre Institute of Latvia”, with the support of the Society Integration Foundation, launched a project aimed at strengthening staff capacity in working with communities and developing the organization’s communication practices in order to foster long-term understanding of contemporary performing arts and encourage civic participation. The project envisions building a closer dialogue between communities and cultural content creators, while also increasing the visibility of community interests and needs within the public sphere.
